Beautifully written Harshita! Chickpea flour is so prolifically used on both sides of the Thar... be it pakoras, gujarati kadhi, fafda and all manner of garsan, Rajasthani gatta which has its Sindhi twin in darrey ji kadhi... the list is long. Savoury or sweet it finds a spot for every occasion!

This is such beautiful writing. I love how the actual recipe is your own. Recipes are indeed evolving entities and this blog captures the essence just by adapting traditional content to the international audience which makes it only more inherently desi if anything (e.g., Sindhi curry/kadhi), just like the tomato purée to the Sindhi curry ;) excited for the next one 🫶🏽
